As we all know by now, it’s October! It’s also Breast Cancer Awareness month.

This month, and every month, we recognize the men and women, and their loved ones, affected by Breast Cancer. The ones fighting everyday, whether in treatment or remission, or the ones who were taken too soon.

We celebrate and show support in every way possible. C+M stands with those effected and have created beautiful bracelets to continue showing support. For those actively going through, in remission, or those who have lost a loved one, C+M continues to do it’s best to help bring awareness and unwavering dedication to keeping Breast Cancer Awareness in the spotlight.

Globally, in 2022, an estimated 2.3 million new cases of Breast Cancer were diagnosed. The average woman has a 13% chance, or 1 in 8 chance, of developing Breast Cancer. From those diagnosed, 1 in 43 will succumb to the disease.

A smaller known fact, men can also develop Breast Cancer. While more rare than women, 1 in every 1,000 will be diagnosed.

Breast Cancer risk increases with age, but other factors, such as family history, ethnicity, and lifestyle choices, can increase the risk of developing Breast Cancer.
