Refund policy

Customers have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery, as confirmed by tracking information, to contact Cat + Moon Handmade regarding any return request. All returns are subject to the terms and conditions set forth below and remain at the sole discretion of Cat + Moon Handmade.

 

Custom Orders:

Custom orders are non-standard items created specifically for the customer. Acceptance of a return for a custom order is solely at the discretion of the designer. If a custom item is accepted for return, a restocking fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from any refund issued.

 

Pre-Made Orders:

Pre-made items may be eligible for a full refund, provided the item is returned in its original, unused condition and packaging, free from wear, tear, or damage. Refunds are granted at the discretion of the designer. If the customer declines the option to preview a design prior to shipment, any corrections to the item(s) remain at the discretion of the designer. If the customer reviews and approves a design prior to shipment, corrections to the item(s), if requested, will also be at the discretion of the designer. This policy applies equally to all “mystery packages” and “surprise designs.”

 

Sizing:

For custom-made items created according to measurements provided by the customer, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances. For pre-made items, the customer must provide photographic and/or video evidence of any issue to the designer for review and possible correction before the item may be returned to Cat + Moon Handmade.

 

Additional Terms:

All decisions regarding eligibility for return, acceptance of corrections, shipping cost responsibility, and assessment of restocking fees shall remain within the sole discretion of Cat + Moon Handmade. Cat + Moon Handmade reserves the right to decline a return or refund if any policy conditions are not met. All policies will go in effect August 16, 2025.
